went supper wif weijie! haa both our name end wif "JIE ". well anyway, it was a sudden idea cos i remembered that i never had supper wif weijie b4. so there goes, even thou it's already almost 1am. haa, i got no car but i can always hail a cab.

not really surprised to find that other nocturnal ntu pips are at the 24hrs kopitiam near the church. i'll miss having supper wif ma frens when sch starts and gin's gonna be flying back to aussy in a few hrs. me now listening to yes93.3 and found a new song " 周渝民 & 大S - 就让我爱你 ". downloaded the lyrics too.
ok today not bad, while zhiwei was helping ginny pack her suitcase, i was @ home doing my wiring for the printed-circuit-board. hmm still got testing to do, must allocate another day another time to do.
sigh... first sunday without ginny asking me for "brunch"... will miss her... lots..人终是这样， 多少时间都是不够. sis has been @ aussy for 3weeks liao. i'll miss all those over @ aussy: sis, ginny, michelle, sheena, edmund, weiyu
yesterday(friday) was at home mostly, except dinner wif ginny, peiling(ginny's fren), and zhiwei. met Peiling for the first time. we had a great dinner@ queensway ABC: satay, lasi lemak, prawn mee, chicken wings, fried oysters, and stingray. got my badminton racquet restrung at queensway SC. after dinner was straight home. NOTE:yea, changed some of the lyrics myself to get closer to my mood.
today whole day at home. and many more homely days to come. got homework to work on. gin's flying off tomoro morning. yday i was watching Jay's concert vcd and discovered a gd song, it's sung by Wen Lan (Landy) but in his concert he sang this song(祝你生日快乐)as a duet wif her.

Thursday 24th feb, slept into noon. had a prearranged kbox session wif hanwen aka KEN. hmm our NTU CAC impresario vice president yes. he was having a bad flu when we met. the aircon worsened his condition. but we had a great time. gin couldnt make it cos she needed to do last minute(expected) shopping before going back to aussy on sunday.
ok i know i've been playing alot. it's time to study... as weijie said, a guy must know how to play and study then good. seasons change, lifestyles also change like seasons; for everything, there is a time to do a certain thing. and you?
woke up to a bright and sunny mornin'. off to da swimmin' pool @ cck. dang, the slide wasnt working. so chill out @ spa pool wif Max. play a lil of wave pool. totally BBQ-ed by the sun until 1pm.
$16.90(flat rate) Buffet lunch @ suki sushi @ top floor of Lot1. quality wasnt as gd as sakae but buffet timing is great: 12noon-6pm. quantity also alot. but dont bother to take anything on the conveyor belt even thou they're all included in the buffet cos, those ordered from the menu (those lesser then $5) are hot and piping from the kitchen. lemme recommend a few dishes to try: !!fried tofu, salmon sashimi(not that gd thou, so dont order too much), fried shisamo, ika tempura, all the tempura.
after tat was off to max's house do some data transfer & back home. quickly bathed and hadta go meet yeechee and david @ cineleisure. awww there wasnt showing constantine so we hopped to shaw house. got tix and settled for long john silver dinner. (if u buy any meal,add 50cents to upgrade drinks to milo freez!)
constantine was great, got some christian stuff, referring to bible and stuff... cool ending.. remember to watch the short clip after the credits k? then off to HMV spinelli for kopi and chat.
and came home to realise that i still looked bBQ-ed
ok my saturday was nothing much, slept until 1+ then practiced until 4+. went downstairs to get lunch, came back to resume practice until about 9+pm then finally started to pickup the phone to see who is in town. arg.... some uncontactable, some going home, some already home...zzz. but anyways dinner was great; bbq stingray at clementi central, i finished it by myself; felt gd. went home to be a gd boy and stayed online till i sleep. :) sunday! finally, my belated bday celebration heh! attendees: ginny, zhiwei, chungkit, weiyu and ME! had lunch @ crystal jade...was their treat but i ordered cos i quite familliar wif their dishes and wat's gd wat's not. yea as usual they did the bday card thingy late but it was done anyway. me and ck were earliest to arrive. the trio arrived pretty late but no big issue. had a sumptious meal.. ginny was down less than 1min after the spicy lamian entered her mouth. me and zhiwei, as usual, pork ribs lamian, best laa. then after tat, gin and zhiwei went blading. weiyu went sls. left me and ck to go HMV to get my present from EMPOLI(@ heeren shops). yea dark brown leather shoes! cool! something that i want. and i wore it straightaway after purchase. Thanks pals for da bday present & the card!! then was chilling out wif ck @ TCC cineleisure. chat about many things.. life, music, past, present, future, share ideas, experiences... and lemme remind u gals, it's not an "uncle" thingy to be chatting and drinking kopi or rather "laah kopi", young guys do that too. after that ck went for his thingy while i went home in my new shoes. bought Jay zhou's concert vcds for referencing too. free poster heh, so i jus paste it on an empty space on my room wall.

ok half my day taken away by sch stuffz. then was off home to blast music and let my voice out. but we were all happily bloated anyway. haha. lemme recap wat we ordered so i can make YOU drool: hong2 you2 chao1 shou3(wanton in chilli oil), xiao long bao, spring roll, dou4 sha1 jian1 bing3(fried pancake stuffed with redbean paste), guo1 tie1(fried dumpling with meat&gravy inside), Seafood La Mian, 3xian Fried La Mian, sichuan suan1 la4 La Mian. then heard this duo sang "Ou de yang's" song at the esplanade outdoor stage. well i called up frens hoping that they would be in town so i could hang out wif 'em but so sad... nobody's in town at the time i called. couldnt be preplanned anyway cos i didnt know wat time my dinner wif dad&mum would end. yawnz... quite tired liao... had a happy 24th bday
then it was time; time to go for my bday dinner wif my folks. met 'em @ esplanade. woohoo, walked around to check out the options we got. so we decided on this restaurant called "Beijing La mian". wah the dianxin here super cheap ranging from $2.80 to $5.50 per plate. La Mian price was similar to crystal jade's and ding tai feng's. but the La Mian and dianxin standard was really average. better quality than foodcourt type of dianxin but sure not as gd as crystal jade's and ding tai feng's.
alrite, clock struck 12. it's my bday YEY! so the thoughtful pple who wished me are: ginny, zhiwei, weijie, mum, and jiyi. ok maybe i'm expecting too much cos it's a lil too early, everybody else should be sleeping (given benefit of the doubt) as I'm blogging now, michelle's on her way to aussy liao. up up high on the aeroplane, to a land far away from sg. all the best! bon voyage! oh, sheena jus called to wish me happy bday haha! how thoughtful.. it's e thought that counts.
sch was a half day affair. after that was off to the ktv gathering@ clementi kbox to enjoy before the few of 'em leave for aussy in a few days. sheena was good as usual, got to meet charmane(sheena's gd fren), she sang well too! and Peijin finally revealed her power wif "jolin's 72bian" done flawlessly. gin was the latest to arrive but she managed lin junjie's songs pretty well. Jonathan was also good, wif his shin yue tuan(shi jie mo ri),LMF and beyond songs.
zzz, gonna miss them. sheena and edmund flying off on my bday, charmane also going back to aussy soon after. gin leaving nex week. too bad zhiwei couldnt make it, if not he'd enjoyed himself!
hmm jus got home...now already 2+am wat a day siah!! soon it was time to go for dinner @pivdofr (bugis liang seah street). gin said the stuff there was gd. hmm on the overall it was an enjoyable night. got to meet Brenda, hehe really chatty and chirpy gal. gin and bren were like "high" on photo-taking tonight. for the first time in 2+yrs, i saw zhiwei wear a blue shirt that he claimed that he wore before... yaa like i go out wif him every other day erm... i dont c him wear it b4.
ok vday 14th: studied half for quiz then go liao. then as expected later half of the quiz i duno how to do cos didnt finish reading. so done about less than half haa. yea time flew.

it's 7am on a sunday morning. no i've not jus woken up but instead just got home. shall explain that later. so yday evening was with gin, and her fren(william) and zhiwei. they're going for y.a.s. at trinity. actually i was supposed to go but Jonathan wanted to meet so i was excluded from the evening service. then it seems that ash was over @esplanade harry's bar so we went over to crash. ohh but by the time we arrived, her frens zao already so only left Darlene and Ashley.yea had drinks AGAIN! we took a cab to sommerset and they decided to do supper there. wah dar and ash ordered so much food that me and jon end up eating super alot AGAIN. yummy stingray! after supper, dar and ash gotta go home liaoz so left me and jon. we went taka to sit around chat until about 5am. then we wanted to go back but he suggested to daunt until 6,when the mrt service starts in city area. so we walked from taka to shaw to find toilet then cant find then detour to Marriot hotel to drop by the toilet. wah there got this disco bar called "the living room" very happening even at this time. so we continued walking to kill time, walked all the way back to the supper place and pass that, to killiney road kopitiam to find that it's not open yet! so we sat at their seats outside the shop to chat once again as Jon smokes a few malboro. yea many things we chat about; life, family, future, past, values,friends,ex-gfs,everything under the moon. looking forward to the wednesday kbox stint heh. so happy & so tired now..
Met Jon at cineleisure where we had dinner,then we went the usual HMV spinelli to chill out. He wanted to try the mocha spin cos we aint try it for a long time. but awwwww it was aweful; too much thick chocolate in the coffee made it sickening(very gao3).
for 1st day of cny, hmm 1 family went m'sia to visit their relatives so left wif only 2 other families to visit. yea, more talk and snacking than anything else. sweets, crunchy seaweed, cashew nuts. rather like a snack tasting session. did some catching up wif my aunties to c wat they were up to. dinner at uncle's house, as like previous years' cny visits.
as for today, nothing much, cos no more visiting to do. dinner wif zhiwei and ginny @ al azhar B.timah. then went home to blog here heh. hehe all forms of entertainment will be uber ripoff on such days so i'd rather stay at home play game and check out new songs/lyrics. hoho, tomoro onwards will be back in action again!

so after sch i piah a cab down to changi airport which erm surprisingly cost me $23?!?! ok lar considering boonlay to changi 2 extreme ends. anyway, zhi, hong, guoyong and me were there to send her off as well as mum and dad.
it was pretty sad but she was strong; held back her tears and took pics wif us. she checked-in alone... i duno when I'm going to see her again, but i wish her all the best over @ aussy. hope jasmine will take gd care of her.
chinese new year will sure be boring without her around. i'll get by somehow. now i've become the only child already.... lost with words. lost in a daze of mixed feelings and memories...
late morning was spent @ cck swimming pool wif max THE MANN, we both came out looking like lobsterman(RED!). so now i dont look like the old me, i look quite chocolatey..hmmm... wonder how my friends will find it.
mum was doing her CNY shopping and she wanted to join us for kbox but she siamz home when she was informed that it was $21++ per pax for sat nite package. waa but we really sang from 1+ till 5am their closing time. zhi and guoyong were great sport even thou they were dead tired cos they've been out e whole day unlike mee who napped. ok sun rising soon liao, i better go catch some slp.. tata
checked out Max's new Klipsh speakers.. omg the sub woofer and all the satellite speakers are so huge! but2bad he didnt know how to use his audigy soundcard to release the potential of his speakers. and the speaker placement was pretty bad too; satellite speakers sounding louder than the subwoofer?!?! but anyways i fixed that problem4him liao.
went home took a nap from 6-10!!! i was expecting somebody to wake me!!! but sis's wakeup call came @10 and i was invited to kbox...!!!dear sis is leaving on monday... so today zhi decided to tat we go kbox for the last time wif sis. this time was a lil' diff; zhi's old friend guoyong joined us. hwah by the time i reached already almost 12, had dinner then to kbox.
blogging at the wee hours...been really lack of sleep. monday to wednesday mostly went home after sch. spent time alone. practice on my new ktv songs at home. hmmz singing gives confidence. i'd never imagine that i like singing that much, since i started during june/july04. back then i didnt dare to go kbox wif anyone cos i was afraid they would laugh at the slightest mistakes. but as the months passed by, few trusted friends i sang to gave me positive comments that really gave me confidence. thankyou!
as the mths passed, i continued singing @ a leisurely pace.even up till today, i'm still learning new songs. but i think my standard still average but at least it gave me some self-esteem (in terms of my voice)
maybe i had enough of going out so often, or are my friends all to busy studying/working to hang out? really feeling that my body is always physically tired, maybe I'm aging too soon. come to think of it, the only thing i'm lacking in my life is not a gf,not games,not health,not really anything except sleep. i shall try to get some sleep now.
