work life does not exist work process does.

work is not life, there is no such thing as work life. Balancing work and life is suicide; detrimental to health. 1 of it has gotta win; and we all know the answer. Are you already in the work process? or are u headed that way?

Why is it called work process and not a life, because it is predictable and follows a rigid plan everyday from monday to friday (and saturday or sunday for some others). A life allows an individual the freedom to choose his actions and plan/ or simply NOT plan for any activities.

In work process, all the activities that must be done, has an uncanny flow of sequence everyday, even in the office, the processes are highly functional. e.g. 10am is teabreak, 12noon is lunchtime until 1pm. Work responsibilities/ work politics/ work communications/ working hours/etc. The meaning of work is linked to its functions. Since when does anybody ENJOY a functional life? I dont. Maybe you?

Office politics is fun. You win some You lose some, what matters is the nett support u get out of the seeds u sow.

Enjoy your life while u can, maybe if u still dont get it, u can still have a 2nd shot at understanding and living a iife after u retire. hah. Meanwhile I will get back to preparation for the life-less work.
